PHARMACOLOGICAL EFFECT:

The components included in the medication of Hemfer Syrop are very important in the process of hematopoiesis.

Glycine sulfate, iron (glycine directly involved in the synthesis of heme) can easily be soaked and restores the necessary amount of iron.

Iron is a vital element necessary for normal functioning of body; being part of hemoglobin, myoglobin and various enzymes; involved in the transfer of oxygen in oxidation-reduction reactions; stimulates erythropoietin.

Folic acid stimulates the process of hematopoiesis in the organs of hematopoiesis during iron deficiency; meanwhile, affects the functions of the liver and the intestine; increases choline synthesis in the liver and limits the infiltration of fat; strengthens the immune system, increases the functionality and maturation of white blood cells (leucocytes). During pregnancy, folic acid plays an important role in the differentiation and division of nervous system of the embryo (эмбрион).

Vitamin B12 plays an important role in the process of erythropoiesis by being a purine and pyrimidine base, is involved in the synthesis of nucleic acids, and actively binds sulfhydrylcompounds in erythrocytes. Also, involved in the transport of hydrogen and processes involved in the transmethylation, activates the synthesis of methionine, has anabolic effects.

Zinc - is an immune modulator, an antioxidant.

INDICATIONS:

Iron-deficiency anemia

Megaloblastic anemia

The period of intensive growth.

SIDE EFFECTS:

Very rarely can be felt pain in the epigastria area, nausea and diarrhea.

DOSAGE:

0-1 years - ½ tea spoon x 1 time

1-3 years - ½ tea spoon x 1-2 times

3-12 years - 1 tea spoon x 1 time

Adults and children over 12 years: 1-2 table spoon x 2 times per a day, before meals.

Course of treatment is 1-3 months.
